Corevia Wellbeing & Rewards supports the whole-child side of school life. Staff record positive and negative behaviour, award house points and badges, and log pastoral notes. Students complete short wellbeing check-ins, concerns can be referred to counsellors, and sensitive records are restricted to designated staff.

Visibility is set by role and record type. Sensitive concerns can be limited to designated safeguarding staff, and every view and change is logged. Your safeguarding lead decides the rules during setup.
Some schools use Corevia as their main pastoral record; others keep a specialist safeguarding tool and use Corevia for behaviour, rewards and wellbeing. Whether Corevia meets your local statutory safeguarding requirements should be confirmed with your safeguarding lead.
