Why SIS

One accurate record for every student, class and campus.

The Corevia SIS holds the core record for every student: personal and family details, enrolment history, class and section placement, timetable, medical notes and documents. Office staff manage admissions-to-alumni changes in one place, teachers see accurate class lists, and every other module — attendance, fees, exams and the parent portal — reads from the same data.

Student profiles

Personal, family, medical and contact details with role-based access to sensitive fields.

Enrolment & withdrawals

Enrol, re-enrol, transfer and withdraw students with reasons and effective dates recorded.

Classes & sections

Organise year groups, sections, houses and subject sets, and move students in bulk.

Timetables

Build period-based timetables for classes, teachers and rooms, with clash detection.

Document vault

Store birth certificates, prior reports and consent forms against each student.

Transfers & promotion

Promote whole year groups at year end and transfer students between campuses.

01 · Student records

Find any student and everything about them in seconds

Search by name, admission number or guardian, filter by class, house or campus, and open a complete profile with enrolment history, contacts and documents. Sensitive fields such as medical and safeguarding notes are visible only to the roles that need them.

  • Custom fields per school or campus
  • Field-level permissions for sensitive data
  • Bulk import and export from spreadsheets

02 · Timetabling

Timetables built around your school day

Define periods, rotations and rooms, then assign teachers and subject sets. Corevia flags clashes for teachers, rooms and students as you build, and published timetables flow straight into attendance registers and the mobile app.

  • Weekly and multi-week rotations
  • Teacher, room and student clash checks
  • Cover and substitution planning

03 · Data & rostering

Keep every connected system in sync

Class rosters and accounts sync to Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams and other tools via OneRoster, Clever or ClassLink, so teachers are not re-creating classes by hand at the start of every term.

  • OneRoster-based roster sync
  • Webhooks for enrolment changes
  • Scheduled exports for statutory returns

How it works

SIS in four steps

From first connection to everyday use, SIS follows a simple, repeatable flow.

  1. 1

    Import

Bring existing student and family records across from spreadsheets or your current system.

  2. 2

    Organise

Place students into year groups, sections, houses and subject sets.

  3. 3

    Schedule

Publish timetables that feed registers and family apps.

  4. 4

    Maintain

Handle joins, leavers, transfers and year-end promotion with a full audit trail.

FAQ

SIS questions, answered

Can't find what you're looking for? Our education team is happy to help.

Yes. Most schools start from spreadsheet exports or a report from their current system. Our onboarding team maps your fields, runs a trial import for you to check, and only then completes the final migration before go-live.

Yes. Each campus can have its own year structure, sections, timetable and staff, while group leaders see consolidated numbers. Different curricula and grade naming can run side by side.

Access is role-based down to individual fields, every change is logged, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Requirements under GDPR, FERPA or local data-protection law vary by country and should be confirmed with us for your jurisdiction during evaluation.
