Why AI & Analytics
See what is happening across your school, and what may happen next.
Corevia AI & Analytics brings data from every module together. Leaders get dashboards for attendance, attainment, wellbeing, admissions and finance; pastoral teams get early-warning signals when a student's pattern changes; and anyone with permission can ask questions in plain language. Predictions are presented as prompts for professional judgement, never as automatic decisions.
Leadership dashboards
Attendance, attainment, admissions and finance on one screen per campus or group.
Early-warning signals
Flags students whose attendance, marks or behaviour suggest they need support.
Predictive insights
Projected outcomes, enrolment and collections, with the factors behind each estimate.
Ask in plain language
Type a question and get a chart or table, limited to the data you are allowed to see.
Board reports
Scheduled governor and board packs built from live, consistent figures.
Permission-aware
Every dashboard and answer respects the same role-based permissions as the rest of Corevia.
01 · Dashboards
One view of the whole school, or the whole group
Leaders see the measures that matter — attendance, attainment, enrolment and collections — with drill-downs to campus, year group and class. Group leaders compare schools on consistent definitions.
- Campus and group-level views
- Drill-down to class and student
- Consistent definitions across schools
02 · Early warning
Notice the student who is quietly slipping
Corevia combines changes in attendance, marks, submissions and behaviour to highlight students who may need support. Each flag shows the contributing factors, so staff can judge for themselves and record what they decided to do.
- Explainable risk indicators
- Configurable thresholds per school
- Hand-off to pastoral and wellbeing teams
03 · Trends & forecasts
Plan next year with today's evidence
Track trends over terms and years, project enrolment and fee collections, and see how attainment is moving for key groups. Export to Power BI if your trust already uses it.
- Term-on-term and year-on-year trends
- Enrolment and collection projections
